The standard prescribes the conditions to be met by any bona fide organisation in the sector, such as the correct deduction of tax and social security premiums and investigation of the entitlement of staff to work in the Netherlands. VCU is all about health and safety. It is based on the VCA Contractors Safety Checklist system but is tailored to the needs of temporary employment agencies supplying personnel to businesses carrying out work presenting an elevated risk. Our participation in the scheme means we are even better equipped to manage and continuously optimise the relevant processes within the Intercrew organisation.
