Payment of salary

At Intercrew we work with temporary employment contracts. Every employee can opt to be paid weekly or 4-weekly. Payment for each week's work will be transferred to the employee's account by Wednesday of the following week. Wage slips are sent to your home address weekly or 4-weekly. In order to guarantee correct and timely payment of your earnings we always request a copy of your bank card.

What to do in the event of an accident or illness?

If you are unable to work due to illness you must inform us personally (and not therefore by a text message) as quickly as possible on our 24 hour response number. Then we can take account of your absence and not schedule work for you! If you are already scheduled to work for one of our clients you must call in sick at least 90 minutes before the start of work. This allows us to inform the client in good time and look for a replacement!

We request that you remain in contact during any illness, so that we know exactly when you will be available for work again. You should therefore report your recovery a day before you intend to return to work, using the 24 hour response number.
